About this resource
WIC is a public health initiative focused on enhancing health outcomes and fostering lifelong nutrition and health behaviors among women, infants, and children. The program includes nutrition education classes, breastfeeding support, monthly benefits for additional nutritious foods, and connections to community resources.

Travel/Location: Located between Hall and Watson.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four requirements: -Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not necessary for WIC participation) -Be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians may apply for a qualifying child. -Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Families enrolled in OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically eligible based on income. -Have a nutritional risk, which will be evaluated during the appointment.
