Offers a Determination of Homelessness form necessary for applying for an ID Card from the Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services (DMV). The agency does not issue driver's licenses or birth certificates.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or contact for further details.
Travel/Location: The nearest TriMet bus stop for bus 57 is two blocks away; use the entrance located at the east end.
Fees: There are no fees involved, including the cost of the ID Card from the DMV.
