About this resource
This program delivers a temporary housing intervention aimed at low-income veterans and their families who face homelessness or are at significant risk of becoming homeless. Eligible participants can receive housing support through case management, which may include services like move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention, benefits support, employment and educational resources, legal aid for housing-related issues, and other costs that contribute to stable housing. Participants must be open to collaborating with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety. Availability of assistance is contingent on funding.

Who can use this
- Eligibility is for veterans and their families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, earning at or below 50% of the Area Median Income, and with a discharge status other than 'Dishonorable.' The veteran must reside in the household.
