About this resource
The offerings consist of routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental screenings, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied services due to financial constraints.
Who can use this
- Available for students and staff, while services for others are open to all children aged 0-19 within the school district.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
