Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please call. New patients are welcomed based on availability.
Costs: Fees vary depending on the service, with a $30 charge for each visit; most insurances are accepted, including the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and sliding-scale fees are available for those without insurance. Limited payment plans for emergencies might also be an option.
