Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must: - Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) - Be a pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman, or an infant or child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can apply for eligible children. - Have a household income below 185% of the federal poverty level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically eligible. - Be assessed for nutritional risk during the appointment.

  • Proof of ID for parent or guardian and child, proof of address, and proof of income
