About this resource
This public health initiative is focused on improving health outcomes and shaping lifelong nutrition and health habits for women, infants, and children. It offers nutrition education classes, breastfeeding support, monthly benefits for supplemental nutritious foods, and connections to community resources.
To enroll, individuals should call for information or to schedule an appointment.
There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must: - Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) - Be a pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman, or an infant or child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can apply for eligible children. - Have a household income below 185% of the federal poverty level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically eligible. - Be assessed for nutritional risk during the appointment.

- Proof of ID for parent or guardian and child, proof of address, and proof of income
