About this resource
The initiative aims to fulfill the essential requirements of young individuals who may be at risk of entering or transitioning back from inpatient or residential facilities. The Youth ACT team offers comprehensive, well-coordinated, personalized services and therapeutic interventions to assist youth in succeeding in their homes, educational settings, and communities.
