Health-related social needs (HRSN) encompass fundamental requirements that impact a person's health. These benefits offer support to eligible members with essential needs such as assistance for rent and utility payments, tenant support, and storage fees. It is important to note that members can only access HRSN housing services once during their lifetime.

Who can use this
- Members of Cascade Health Alliance must meet the following criteria: -Be 65 years or older, have children aged 0-5, be pregnant or have given birth in the last year, or have a qualifying health condition -Have a household income at or below 30% of the average income in their area -Require assistance to maintain housing -Possess a lease or written rental agreement -Lack resources to avert homelessness.
Documents you may need
- -Medicaid ID number -All pages of a rent/lease agreement -Proof of income for all people age 18 and older in the household
