Intake Process: New clients will receive an intake welcome packet along with a consent form that needs to be completed and sent back. This process may take several days, so emergency transportation or services are not available during this time.
Cost: There are no fees.

- Services are available to individuals over 60 who are low-income or to those aged 18-60 who are low-income and disabled.
