About this resource
This program delivers virtual intensive outpatient counseling that encompasses individual, group, and family therapy. It features specialized tracks for trauma survivors (including those affected by sexual assault, domestic violence, and other complex trauma), LGBTQ2+ individuals, maternal mental health, and neurodivergent clients, such as those with autism, ADHD, or similar conditions, along with co-occurring mental health challenges. Participants receive comprehensive support, which includes discharge planning, family support groups, and alumni events. Additionally, the program offers tailored information and referrals for mental health resources.

Fees: The program accepts Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) such as CareOregon (HealthShare and Columbia Pacific), PacificSource Community Solutions, Samaritan Health Plans (InterCommunity Health Network), Trillium Community Health Plan (Centene, Oregon), Umpqua Health Alliance, Yamhill Community Care Organization, and most major insurance plans. There are limited scholarships and hardship waivers available.
