About this resource
This program provides financial aid for city water, sewer line upkeep, and storm water fees to low-income households. It also removes Emergency Medical Services fees for residents who are Medicaid eligible and receive in-home care.

Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must be residents of Mercer Island living in a single-family home, with a household income not exceeding 70% of the State Median Income. For the EMS fee waiver, applicants must also be Medicaid eligible residents receiving in-home care.
