About this resource
Offers mediation services for a variety of community conflicts, including issues between neighbors, landlord and tenant disputes, manufactured home community matters, consumer and merchant disagreements, family relationship challenges (including elder care), small claims, and workplace issues. All services are provided on a voluntary and confidential basis.

Fees: No charge for neighbor disputes; all other services are billed at $125 per hour.
