This service is available around the clock for reporting suspected child abuse and takes action on such reports. It aims to ensure the safety and protection of children who may be experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation. According to California law, child abuse includes: - Non-accidental physical harm to a child - Sexual abuse or exploitation - Willful cruelty or unjustifiable punishment - Neglect, which encompasses failure to provide sufficient food, clothing, shelter, medical care, or supervision.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Reports must concern suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor (under 18 years old).
