About this resource
This initiative provides a secure communal shelter for individuals identifying as women, with or without children, who are escaping domestic violence. Advocates assist clients in addressing their urgent needs and facilitate their transition to sustainable housing options.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for screening. Long-distance callers can reach out collect.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include those identifying as female, with or without children, who are fleeing domestic violence from an intimate partner and are in high-risk situations, with priority given to those in the most perilous circumstances. Teenage boys are accepted, and cases involving criminal history are evaluated individually. However, individuals with warrants for child abduction or child abuse charges cannot be served. Service animals and pets are welcome, and no identification or documentation of domestic violence is necessary.
