Intake Procedure: A referral must be submitted by the housing case manager.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Women who are transitioning from homelessness and have secured a permanent home or are in a transitional facility. Eligible candidates MUST be moving into a home within 90 days of the referral submission.
