About this resource
This program provides intensive home and community-based mental health services for a duration of four to twelve months, focusing on individual and family counseling, case management, and 24-hour crisis intervention for youth aged 12 to 20 who are on probation. It includes medication management, therapeutic support groups, outpatient substance use treatment, parent education, and peer support, while also connecting families and youth to community resources and mental health advocacy organizations.
