About this resource
The Church provides a faith-oriented transition program for men recovering from substance use disorders, those who are homeless, or individuals recently released from prison, with housing available across several counties.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can obtain an application form either online or through email. After submitting the completed application packet, the intake manager will reach out for an appointment within 1-2 business days.
Fees: There is no application fee, but the monthly program fee ranges from $500 to $700, depending on the location.

- Eligible participants include men recovering from addiction or substance use disorders, those facing homelessness, or individuals being released from prison, who can cover program fees through various means and may have a sex offense on their record.
