Eligible products and services may include treatments for colds, oral hygiene, pain management, first aid supplies, incontinence items, grocery essentials like meat and vegetables, as well as utility bills for electricity, gas, water, phone, and internet services. The specific amounts, availability, and covered items/services under the OTC plus card or credit are contingent upon the applicant's Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
