The OTC plus card or credit is designed to help cover costs for over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare items, nutritious food, and household utilities. Eligible products and services may include treatments for colds, oral hygiene, pain management, first aid supplies, incontinence items, grocery essentials like meat and vegetables, as well as utility bills for electricity, gas, water, phone, and internet services. The specific amounts, availability, and covered items/services under the OTC plus card or credit are contingent upon the applicant's Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).

- Applicants must be dually enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan).
