This service provides guidance and legal representation for individuals encountering challenges with government benefits and public charge matters, which include Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP), issues related to Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO) such as service denials, medical billing disputes, debt collection, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), refugee benefits, SNAP (food stamps), overpayments, in-home services, unemployment benefits, Employment Related Day Care (ERDC), and Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors (TADVS).
