Click on "Apply Now" and adhere to the provided instructions. To find and connect with participating companies, use the "Companies Near Me" feature on the website.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- A household can only participate in one Lifeline discount program at a time, either for cell phones or landlines. The household income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, or the household must be enrolled in specific assistance programs such as Federal Public Housing Assistance, Food Stamps, Medicaid, or Supplemental Security Income.
