About this resource
This initiative supports low-income individuals in acquiring hearing aids, coordinated by local Lions Service Clubs. To find your nearest Lions Club, please visit their website. Applicants must have an income at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Intake Procedure: To apply, locate your local Lions Club on their website and send them an email. Please refrain from contacting the Northwest Lions Foundation directly, as only the individual clubs engage with clients. The application process requires a $50 co-pay to be paid to the hearing aid provider during the first appointment.
Fees: There are no additional fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with low income who have a hearing loss of 40+ dB HL are eligible, provided they meet the income requirement of being at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
