About this resource

This initiative supports crime victims by offering legal assistance to help them assert and uphold their rights, as well as providing access to social support services necessary for their recovery and involvement in cases against offenders. It includes advocacy for domestic violence victims seeking protection orders and, in specific situations, can offer representation in civil protective order cases for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. However, it does not provide representation in domestic relations cases, such as custody or dissolution, nor does it assist with eviction or landlord/tenant matters.

Intake Procedure: Contact via phone for intake or send an email for further details.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 54 and 55.

Fees: There are no fees for the services.
