About this resource

Offers round-the-clock shelter in secure, private living and sleeping spaces, along with meals, showers, laundry services, and on-site support services/case management for families pursuing permanent housing.

Intake Process: To be assessed for eligibility and enrollment in the program, call 211info to join the callback list for Multnomah County’s Coordinated Entry for Families. After your addition to the list, a Homeless Services Specialist from 211 will reach out within 48 hours to conduct a housing/shelter needs assessment. Keep in mind that this is not an immediate service, and shelter placement may take several weeks to months. When a shelter spot opens up, families will be contacted by a partner agency to schedule an intake appointment. All household members, including children, must be present during the intake process. Friends, family, or caseworkers can add individuals needing assistance to the callback list, but the head of household will be contacted directly within a few days for a complete assessment by a Homeless Services Specialist from 211.

Fees: None
