About this resource

Offers round-the-clock shelter in secure, private living and sleeping spaces, along with meals, showers, laundry amenities, and on-site support services/case management for families pursuing permanent housing.

Intake Process: To be evaluated for program eligibility and enrollment, call 211info to join the 211 Multnomah County Coordinated Entry for Families callback list. After your addition to the list, a Homeless Services Specialist from 211 will reach out within 48 hours to conduct a housing/shelter needs assessment. It is important to understand that this is not an immediate service, and shelter placement may take several weeks to months. Once shelter becomes available, families will be contacted by a partnering agency to schedule an intake appointment for shelter placement. All household members, including children, must be present during the shelter intake process. Friends, family, or caseworkers can add individuals needing services to the callback list, but the head of the household will be directly contacted within a few days by a Homeless Services Specialist from 211 to complete the assessment.

Fees: There are no fees.
