About this resource
This program provides continuous support for monthly energy expenses and bill payment assistance, allowing participants to save between 5% and 45% each month. To qualify for the lowest service tier, applicants must have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Applications can be submitted online.
Intake Procedure: Applications are completed online, and those who apply for PSE HELP will also be considered for the Bill Discount Rate automatically. For any inquiries or assistance during the application process, a phone call is encouraged.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- To qualify, residential customers must have a net monthly income that is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income or 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, whichever is higher.
