About this resource
The program provides emergency shelter, a 24-hour crisis hotline, and community education that emphasizes safe and equitable relationships. Additional offerings for current and former Raphael House participants may encompass advocacy, youth programs, follow-up services, transitional housing, information and referrals, support groups, counseling, and educational workshops.
Intake Process: For information, please call. To connect with a shelter advocate, press extension 8 when you reach the crisis line. A Safety and Stabilization Assessment (SSA) must be completed through the Domestic Violence Continuum's Coordinated Access system, which screens survivors based on SSA availability.
Cost: Free of charge.

- Survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, including individuals and families.
