-Households with low income that haven't received assistance from St Vincent de Paul (SVdP) in the last year -Must inform the landlord about the need for financial help and have sought aid from other sources before reaching out to SVdP -Rent must be overdue

-Photo ID card, or a combination of non-photo ID documents -Written rental contract with landlord contact information (name, address, phone) -Proof of ability to pay the remainder of rent, such as money order made out to landlord; receipt for payment already made; written payment agreement from landlord or court (a check or cash is not valid as proof)
