Summit provides opportunities for individuals to volunteer as puppy raisers and engage in activities such as fundraising, office assistance, and mailings.
Intake Procedure: To learn more, visit the Volunteer section on Summit's website and contact the volunteer coordinator via email.
Fees: Participants are responsible for the costs of food, toys, and treats.
Who can use this
- Individuals committed to raising and training a puppy to become a service dog are welcome, especially those interested in positive reinforcement training methods. You should be capable of meeting a puppy's daily needs, conducting daily training sessions, and regularly attending a Summit-led in-person training class.
