About this resource
This organization offers two family support initiatives aimed at individuals in residential or outpatient substance addiction treatment: -Family Reunion Program for families referred by DHS, which helps prevent children from entering the foster care system and facilitates reunification for those who have been in foster care. This program includes services such as family advocacy, visitation, home visits, co-residency for children under five whose mothers are in residential treatment, as well as parent education and mentoring. -Family Services: While in residential treatment, clients can access family advocates who assist with parenting-related needs.
Intake Procedure: Referrals must come from Child Welfare and Willamette Family substance abuse services.
Fees: Costs vary by program, and funding may be available for families involved with Child Welfare.
Who can use this
- Families where one or both parents are receiving treatment for substance abuse and/or mental health issues through Willamette Family, with priority given to those at risk of having their children removed or those seeking reunification.
