Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1st of the current year -Household income should be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level -Must reside in Oregon -Families on SNAP are exempt from providing extra income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists can modify a family's gross income assessment for eligibility if they incur high housing costs, specifically for those spending over 30% of their income on housing.
