Who can use this
- Eligibility includes active duty members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, or Space Force and their immediate families, National Guard and reserve members and their families, Coast Guard members under specific conditions, survivors, medically discharged members, retired members within a year of service termination, and certain civilians and foreign military members.
