This initiative provides a comprehensive array of psychosocial services and counseling designed to facilitate a smooth transition from military to civilian life. The offerings include both individual and group counseling for veterans, active service members, and their families; family counseling addressing military-related concerns; bereavement support for families who have lost a loved one during active duty; counseling and referrals for military sexual trauma; as well as outreach and educational initiatives such as the Post-Deployment Health Reassessment Program. Additionally, they offer assessments and referrals for substance abuse, employment, explanations and referrals for Veterans Benefits Administration benefits, and screenings and referrals for medical conditions like Traumatic Brain Injury and depression.
