About this resource
This initiative allows low-income individuals and families, particularly those with disabilities and seniors, to participate in energy-saving programs for their homes.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include individuals, families, seniors aged 60 and above, and those with disabilities, with a total household income not exceeding 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Documents you may need
- Income Verification — WX Application, Utility Release Form, Dominion Energy Release Form, and proof of ownership. Renters can still apply by having landlord complete Income Property Owner Weatherization Agreement and submitted along with application documentation.
