Offers sterilization surgeries for pets belonging to low-income individuals or rabbit owners.

Who can use this
- Pets must be at least 4 months old. To qualify for discounted services, applicants need to be 18 or older and currently enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP, SSDI, VA Disability, Section 8, or HEAT.
Documents you may need
- Photo ID — Utah State issued photo ID, must match the holder name on the benefits documents.; Proof of receiving at least one qualifying benefit from the state or federal government.; Additional SNIP application information including name, phone, address, and pet information including name, age, breed, gender, and weight.
