- This initiative is aimed at senior citizens and low-income homeowners residing in cities such as Salt Lake, Murray, Midvale, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Taylorsville, West Jordan, South Jordan*, Herriman, Riverton, and Draper, with a household income below 80% of the area median income. *Funding in South Jordan may vary.
