About this resource
Refugee cash assistance (RCA) is available to newly arrived refugees, new asylees, certified victims of human trafficking, and other individuals eligible for refugee services within the first year following their arrival or certification.
Who can use this
- To be eligible, clients must possess a valid immigration status as a refugee or asylee and must have entered the United States within the last 12 months, while also meeting certain income limits.
