The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federal law that may assist individuals with training or related costs while pursuing their high school diploma, GED, ESL certificate, or specific career-related certificates and degrees.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 to 72, youth between 14 and 24, U.S. military personnel, veterans, and their spouses.

- Birth Certificate; Income Verification; Completed application and completion of the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) or other basic skills assessment.
