About this resource
The initiative employs a group-education approach paired with individual case management, referrals, and assistance with forms to foster healthy and well-informed pregnancies among expectant Latinx mothers in Salt Lake and Summit counties. Additionally, HCM partners with Catholic Community Services to offer complimentary infant layettes to parents and caregivers, and there may be opportunities to connect with a local Doula.
