Offers transitional housing solutions in a monitored group home aimed at helping youth and young adults achieve self-sufficiency. Residents can stay for a duration of 18 months to 2 years.

- Ages served: 15–22; Youth aged 15 to 22 who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
