About this resource
This program offers HEAT assistance and various support initiatives for low-income families within a six-county area, with limited services available.

Who can use this
- To qualify, a household's total income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level, they must be responsible for energy costs, have at least one adult (18 or older or emancipated), and include at least one U.S. citizen or qualified non-citizen (refer to pages 6-7 of the HEAT Policy Manual).
