About this resource
This program allows seniors to act as mentors for children and youth with special needs. Participants enjoy several advantages, including a monthly stipend, an annual health examination, on-the-job accident insurance, reimbursement for travel or transportation, and compensated orientation.
Who can use this
- Participants must be low-income seniors aged 55 and older, meet income requirements, and commit to at least 5 hours of service each week.
