About this resource
This initiative delivers community-focused outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services, as well as, when suitable, long-term intensive case management and recovery support services. It caters to both adults and youth grappling with substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: No fees are charged.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, facing substance use disorders or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
