About this resource
This initiative offers a bill discount that lowers the monthly payment for a duration of 24 months, along with a grant that can be used to settle any overdue balances on an active account. The discounts and grants are determined by income levels, specifically for those earning below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or 80% of the Area Median Income.
To apply, individuals can fill out an online form and await a response from a local Community Action Agency or Cascade representative. Alternatively, they can download a paper application and send it to the designated Community Action Agency listed on the form.
There are no associated fees.
