About this resource
This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, along with co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for the maximum assistance. For Part B premium assistance, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
