Who can use this

Library cards are available at no cost for individuals living or owning property in Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties (those outside the service area or in non-contracting communities may obtain a card for a fee). Adults aged 18 and older must present ID with a current address (alternative proof of residence, such as a postmarked letter, is also acceptable).
