About this resource
This initiative links families and individuals to emergency shelter, rental support, and homelessness diversion services via a coordinated entry system to avert homelessness. It specifically aids low-income adults with disabilities who cannot work for a minimum of 90 days and have received approval from DSHS.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online, and further inquiries can be made via phone. For Housing and Essential Needs, the initial application should be made at a DSHS Community Service Office.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
