This program offers financial support to households that fall at or below the federal poverty guidelines to assist with their winter heating expenses.

Who can use this
- Eligibility requires the family to meet the federal income poverty guidelines of 150% or less. The amount of assistance will depend on family size, income, and heating usage history. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and applicants must reside within the Upper Yakima Valley or in Grant and Adams counties.
