Housing Authority Of Grays Harbor County
Community Resource
About this resource
This program oversees various low-income housing options for individuals and families in Grays Harbor County. Applicants must have incomes at or below 50% AMI, with a priority for those at or below 30% AMI. The waitlist is currently not accepting new applications.
Intake Procedure: When the waitlist is open, anyone can apply. This involves a preliminary application process. Once an applicant reaches the top of the list, a notification letter will be sent to the address provided in their application. The applicant must respond by a specified date to initiate the eligibility assessment. After approval, there will still be a waiting period for the next available unit, and there is no assurance regarding the timing of housing placement, as it depends on unit availability. For updates on the waitlist status, please check the website. APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN THE WAITLIST IS CLOSED.
Fees: Rent payments must be made via check or money order.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is determined by income and tenant screening, requiring applicants to be at or below 50% Area Median Income, with a preference for those at or below 30%.
