This initiative delivers community-focused outreach, assessment, and service connections, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services as needed. It caters to both adults and youth dealing with substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the court system; however, all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
