The program provides various services such as family planning, immunizations, physical and annual examinations, sports physicals, counseling, and interventions for youth and adolescents. Enrollment is required for middle and high school students in Highline Public Schools.

Intake Process: To access most services, a registration form must be completed. According to state and federal regulations, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently, although parental consent and registration are highly recommended. For additional services, a parent consent form and registration are mandatory.
